Ideas about women representation

I was thinking about the following ideas that can support women representation in job positions.

-STEM Education: Promote STEM education for girls and women.
-Leadership Development Programs: Offer leadership development programs specifically designed for women.
-Networking Opportunities: Provide opportunities for women to network with industry professionals.

Hi Athina,

I think that networking is by far the most powerful tool - but I think that can be greatly enhanced by courses in social skills. Knowing how to show yourself off and demand the attention you deserve is something men are historically more socialised with than women. So any training materials which encourage women to react similarily (though also discussing handling sexism) is great.
